epiligrin
Lackie Major glycoprotein of epidermal basement membrane, consisting of three disulphide-bonded subunits of 170, 145 and 135 kD. Epiligrin is the major ligand for a3/b1 integrin, is particularly prominent in the lamina lucida of the skin and is absent in patients with lethal junctional epidermolysis bullosa.
